Delivery schedules are anchored to OEM aircraft build rates (Boeing 737 MAX: 38/month), not amplified Tier-1 customer signals.
Weeks 1–4 are firm (binding). Weeks 5–8 are forecast. Weeks 9–12 are planning horizon only.
Bullwhip-driven demand spikes are filtered out before your schedule is generated — protecting your capacity plan.
📋 Schedule Change Requests
Submit a schedule change request if you cannot meet a firm commitment — provide the week, quantity shortfall, and reason.
Requests are reviewed by the Supply Chain Manager within 48 hours. You will receive an approval or rejection with notes.
Unapproved misses to firm commitments are recorded against your scorecard OTD performance.
